The Thomas Jefferson School of Law offers an innovative graduate degree aimed at leaders who aspire to compete at a higher level. The online Master of Laws (LLM) degree program was designed specifically for busy business professionals who possess a Juris Doctorate.

The LLM in International Taxation and Financial Services will allow you to acquire a thorough and current knowledge of the laws, regulations, concepts, and practices of financial services and international and US taxation. The comprehensive curriculum encompasses more than 30 courses taught by widely recognized faculty and is updated regularly to ensure that students are kept abreast on the latest industry issues that are faced in today's marketplace.

Our LL.M. and J.S.M. programs are now in their 14th successful year under the same leadership. The curriculum includes more than 30 courses of three credits each, and the LL.M. and J.S.M. programs each require 24 credits (eight courses) to graduate.

The LL.M. is awarded to holders of a J.D. and its equivalent, and the J.S.M. is awarded to holders of accounting, finance, economic and other business degrees. The highly innovative program has been the first to obtain the approval of several professional associations such as the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM).

This program employs the four-pillar business strategy employed by upper tier institutions in order to distinguish ourselves (I) best-of-class leader pedagogically, (II) leveraging our facultys innovativeness, (III) correlating curriculum to career service placement, and (IV) engaging with our industry leading alumni.
